Facilities, Rooms, and General Features
- Our villas have two bedrooms each, a functional living room, and a kitchen.
- All of our rooms, including hotel rooms, have double beds.
- Except for hotel rooms, all houses have kitchens.
- Each house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, water heater, ironing board, fireplace, TV, and internet.
- All buildings are constructed with highly insulated stone walls, providing a cool environment in the summer and warmth in the winter.
- The materials used in the buildings, such as stone, iron, and wood, are in harmony with the region's spirit and natural structure.
- All the stones used are native to the region.
- The swimming pool is L-shaped, covering an area of 105 m² and is accompanied by a 300 m² sunbathing and relaxation area. The pool is heated, considering winter usage.
- Next to the pool, we have a bar called "Forest" which offers a variety of beverages.
- For guests, there is a reading corner (library),
- Game room,
- Dining room, and product sales points on the upper floor. The upper floor interior covers an area of 400 m², all of which is heated from the floor.
- On the lower floor, there are a sauna, Turkish bath, changing rooms, showers, toilets, sports and massage rooms.
- In the eastern part of the building's lower floor, there is a wine cellar, cold storage, pantry, and workshop.
